A4: We accept payment by T/T or LC at sight. 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

A5: Simply sign the PI, pay the deposit, and we will arrange production. Once production is complete, pay the balance, and we will ship the goods.
Q7: When can I expect a quotation?
A7: We typically provide a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please call us or mention it in your email for priority handling.
Q8: What is the lead time after payment?
A8: Normally, delivery takes 15-20 days after payment. For urgent orders, we can deliver in 7-10 days.
