A4: Payment can be made via T/T or LC at sight, with a 30% deposit required upfront.
A5: To place an order, sign the PI, pay the deposit, and we'll arrange production. Balance payment is due before shipment.

A8: Normal delivery is within 15-20 days after payment. For urgent orders, delivery can be expedited to 7-10 days.
